Well - when my boss came back to the office, I was in tears over that client and he had me sit down and 'fill him in" on what had transpired.
He then picked up the phone, called the client and told her that she would need to find another attorney - that he did not appreciate her calling his office and accusing his assistant of lying.
Wow. One thing about my boss - he will back me up all the way.
