I KNOW - I KNOW - IT'S BEEN ALMOST A WEEK SINCE I POSTED!!!

Well - what can I say - it's just been that kind of a week - I've been sooo busy and I'm tired to boot.

This week - well we had rehearsal on Monday night - our last one before our performance on Friday.  It went well - we are good!!!

Tuesday I just pooped out - came home - took Ryan to get some supper, came back home and crashed - fell asleep before 10 p.m. and folks - that's just not normal for me!!!  My boss is gone for the rest of the week - - enough said about that!!

Wednesday - easy day at work - then home to get our clothes ready to go spend two nights in Gatlinburg.

Thursday - worked a half a day then came home, got Ryan and the suitcase - fixed the dogs and birds to stay alone for two nights and we headed up to Sevierville for the end-of-the-year gathering for those of us who work at the Rampage at Dollywood.  It was a great evening.  I won't get to see some of the people until Spring and I'm afraid I won't see some of them again - they won't be back next year.  I love my team at the Rampage.  One person I am so sorry that will not be coming back is Mark - and Mark if you read this you know I'm not happy about you not coming back.  Mark is just a genuinely nice guy and so his wife, Gwen is a sweetie.  He worked an abreviated schedule this fall, but at least I got to see him some - I will really miss him.  Darn!!

We went on to our motel on Thursday night - and stayed at the River Terrace - always a nice place to stay.

Got up on Friday morning and rode the Trolley - I LOVE to ride the Gatlinburg trollies - out to "The Glades" which is the craft community and had "brunch" at "Ma's Restaurant" - it was great.

Then back to Gatlinburg and the motel to "rest" (hahaha) before the show.  Robin, one of our producers was already there with Justin, a fellow actor, so I helped Robin finish decorating (there wasn't much left to do) while Justin went for some cables for the sound system.

WE HAD A GREAT SHOW!!!!  We are really good at this improv stuff.  Better than I thought we could be - the audience LOVED it and I think they would have stayed for more, but we had to "wind it up" at 9:30.  We could have gone on for another hour at least.

Saturday morning it was up and check out of the motel and home to some happy puppies and more laundry - yuck.

Sunday (today) got up and went to teach my CCD class and was so glad to see "my" kids again - then we had a retreat for them from 1 to 4 today - great kids - good time had by all.

So - there was my week - phew - I'm tired all over again.

Peace
