Well.....what can I say???? NOTHING! I totally blew yesterday off as far as posting here.
I went to church last night and worked on my CCD room. First class starts on the 25th and I hadn't been in the room since last May. For those of you who don't know what CCD is - it is the Catholic version of "Sunday School" for kids. My church doesn't have year-round 'Sunday School' or CCD - only when school is in session.
I teach 2nd grade CCD. My kids are preparing for two sacrements this year - first confession and first communion. It is a big year for them and I try to make is as interesting and fun as possible along with getting the required knowledge through to them. 2nd graders keep you on your toes!!!
Last year we had a BIG first communion class - 41 total and I had 14 in my class. This year is a smaller class - so far I only have 6 but that will change - it always does.
Anyway - worked on the room with "Dr. Drew" the person who co-teaches with me this year - and we got it "together" until we were satisfied that it was ready for the first class.
So.....I got home in plenty of time to do some journeling and just totally blew it off - didn't feel like - was inclined, etc. so I didn't. Later I thought about going back and posting SOMETHING, but by then it was after midnight so - what was the point.
My last scheduled therapy session is scheduled for today and then I'm not sure what the next step is. We'll see.
