Well....I slept until around 12 noon - and stayed in bed until 1:30 - I'm ashamed of it, but I was worn out and just needed the rest.
My puppies were soooo happy - both of them stayed in bed with me and just love on me, wanting love in return - and they got it....so sweet.
Now it's 11 p.m. and am I tired - no - wonder why??? LOL
This has been a quiet day. I'm not scheduled to work tomorrow either and I hope they don't call me in but if they do - I'll go. I know they wouldn't call me if they didn't need me.
My neck is still sore but I'm doing those exercises every day but now for some reason the LEFT side of my neck is sore instead of the right - go figure.
The drug store called me this morning and wanted to know if I wanted the perscription for Darvocet that my doctor had called in - I told them no - I hate to take medicine and I think I can deal with the pain now.
It looks like the areas hit hardest by Katrina are slowly starting to pull together and get some things done. There are still people in their houses in NO and some don't want to leave. They'll have too though until they can drain the city and get rid of all the bodies that are just floating there....how sad. My heart breaks for them.
I'm counting my blessings - and I hope you do to.
