MY JOURNAL DID NOT LIKE ME - WOULDN'T LET ME SAVE ANY POSTS!!!!

Well - this is the first day since my last post that my journal would "save"...  talk about frustrating!!!

I tried every day to post something - then I would hit "save" and it would just sit there -

Soooooooo I contacted AOL "live" help and said "HELP".  I'm still not sure I "talked" to a "live" person - the conversation was pretty "stilted" - BUT the "person" said there was a system problem that was affecting AOL in different places and evidently my journal was one of them.  So there you are.

So......last week - where to start.  Let's start with Tuesday morning when Ryan called me about 10:30 a.m. and said "Mom did you forget to pay the cable bill"?  I said "why?" He said "its' off".  $#)@#*@)*%&#&@#

So I called the cable company less than one hour since they "disconnected it at the pole" and paid the bill and said when can you hook it back up - NOT UNTIL FRIDAY.  OH AND BY THE WAY, SOMEONE HAS TO BE AT THE HOUSE TO "PROVE THAT YOU LIVE THERE".

Excuse me????  I've had cable service at this address for over 20 years and now I have to prove to you that I live here??????

SHEESH - what idiots.  I had "a fit" on the phone and ended up hanging up on THAT twit and calling back about 30 minutes later when I had calmed down.  THIS time I talked to someone with a little more sense AND compassion and although we still had to wait until Friday to get it hooked back up, I did NOT have to be home to prove I lived there.  HARRRRUMPFFF!

So Ryan spent from Tuesday to Friday home - alone - with no cable - I know that doesn't sound like much - but to him - it was a lifetime - a change in his routine - wow.  I felt so bad about it.

We got through it.  We survived.

Went to DW today - had a great time - did NOT get called in to work so spent the whole day with Ryan just having fun.  He loved it - I loved it - GREAT DAY!
