Beau and Becky have a baby!!! I first heard it on Wednesday morning - one of those quiet moments in my office (very rare) and I hear this "peep peep" - a new noise that I have never heard in my office. I went over to their cage and Beau was in the nest (as usual). I took the nest off the side of the cage and Becky went balistic on me...LOL I took it out of the cage and tipped it back just a little and this little teenincy little ball of skin and fluff rolled into view. I quickly put it back in the cage and Beau took up his vigil once again. It is just a little bit bigger than a jelly bean!! They are being such good parents. I went to the pet store and found some supplements and will take them to the office tomorrow and get them fixed up for the weekend. I hope it does okay - seems to be "peeping" very strongly.
Anyway - got to work DW on Saturday and as of today I'm scheduled to be OFF on Sunday and my boss is closing our law office Mon and Tues so I may have THREE DAYS OFF!!! I am excited!!
